Zuwar terms

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Zuwar is provided by Arabiana Limited (company number 11540497). Your use of Zuwar is governed by the Arabiana Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum. This page is the Zuwar Service Addendum: it adds the terms that are specific to Zuwar. Where it differs from the Terms of Service, this page applies to Zuwar.

The service

Zuwar counts visits to the websites where you install its code and shows you, on one dashboard, how many people came, where they came from, what they looked at, where they are and on what device, and how many tapped your contact links. Figures are estimates. Ad blockers, privacy tools, people sharing one network and other factors mean they will never match every visit exactly.

Plans and payment

  • Zuwar has one plan, with every feature and unlimited websites. You choose how long to pay for: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 3 years. Longer periods cost less per month. Prices are in US dollars, plus VAT where applicable.
  • There is no free trial.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the same price, unless we tell you about a price change at least 30 days before the renewal. We email you 7 days before each renewal.
  • You can turn automatic renewal off, or back on, at any time from your account page. If it is off, your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • When a plan ends, your dashboards are paused, but Zuwar keeps counting for 30 more days so you lose nothing if you renew. After that, counting stops.
  • To switch to a different period, email [email protected] and we will make the change.

Refunds

  • Payments are not refunded. Turning off automatic renewal stops future payments; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your account cancels your plan at once.

Usage

  • There are no page-view limits. We never stop counting or charge extra automatically.
  • If a website's traffic is far above what small businesses usually have, we may contact you to agree a fair arrangement.

Your responsibilities

  • Install the Zuwar code only on websites you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Tell your visitors that you use Zuwar, for example with the privacy note Zuwar offers in your website's settings, and follow the rules that apply to your website where you operate. Zuwar is designed to need no cookie banner, but whether your local law requires notice or consent is for you to decide with your adviser.
  • Do not put personal information in your page addresses, page titles or campaign names. Zuwar automatically removes email addresses and long numbers, but it cannot recognise every kind of personal information. You can switch off recording page titles in settings.
  • Do not use Zuwar to identify or follow individual people.
  • Weekly report recipients you add must be people who expect those emails. Every report includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Contact taps

"Tried to reach you" counts taps on links on your website that open WhatsApp, a phone number, email, a map or a form. Zuwar sees the tap, not what happens next. It cannot tell whether a call, message or email actually happened, and it never sees phone numbers, addresses or message contents.

Share links

You can create a read-only link to a website's dashboard. Anyone with the link can see that dashboard without signing in, so share it with care. You can stop sharing at any time, and the old link then stops working immediately. Share links are paused while your account's access is paused.

Your data

  • Zuwar keeps detailed visit records for 25 months, and daily totals while your account is active.
  • Deleting a website removes its data from your dashboards immediately and from our systems shortly after.
  • When access to Zuwar ends, for example after you cancel, we keep your account and data for 90 days so you can come back. We email you 14 days before we delete it.
  • When you ask Zuwar to check your website's installation, it fetches your website's home page and icon from our servers, as a visitor would.

Location data

Approximate locations come from the DB-IP "IP to City Lite" database, licensed under CC BY 4.0. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Availability

We run Zuwar from one data centre in Frankfurt and work to keep it available and accurate, but brief interruptions can happen, for example during updates. Zuwar is provided under the warranties and limits of liability in the Terms of Service.
